Each delivery by Gemflora is specially made based on individual orders. While we guarantee the delivery of a fresh, beautiful bouquet every time, substitutions may be necessary on occasion due to the seasonal nature of flowers, and flower condition.
Local Delivery
General Orders
Delivery within Singapore is free with exception to deliveries to Sentosa, CBD & any of the restricted areas listed in "Charges for Sentosa, CBD & Restricted Areas". When placing your order, please identify the date on which your order is to be delivered. Naturally, same-day deliveries are accepted, but please refer to the following delivery schedule for specifics:

Express Delivery
If delivery is to be made within 3 hours after confirmation, there will be an additional charge of S$10. Please note this is subjected to availability of drivers. Please call us at (65) 6448 9618. We reserve the right to turn down requests if resources are not available.
Redelivery Charges
For redelivery of orders, a surcharge of $10 will be applicable. If redelivery is not made on the same working day or the next working day, please note that we will have to replace your order to ensure that only the freshest and the highest quality gifts are sent to the recipients. This order is chargeable at the original price and is applicable for all perishable gifts like flowers, fruits and cakes.
Redirection Charges
For redirection of orders, a surcharge of $10 will be applicable. In the event that the order is cancelled after delivery has been attempted, the full price will still be payable.
Charges for Sentosa, CBD Area & Restricted Areas
Kindly note that there will be additional delivery charges for the following restricted areas. For Area 1, an additional $5 will be charged, For Area 2, an additional $10 will be charged. For Areas 3 to 7, an additional charge of S$20 is required. These surcharges are imposed due to the length of time required to gain security clearance into these areas. We do not deliver our services to any PSA ports, Shipyards and Jurong Island due to the complexity of the security clearance.

Delivery can only be made between 9am - 1pm for the above restricted areas. Orders are to be made at least 1 working day (before 530pm) before delivery date. I.e. To send to a restricted area between 9am 1pm on Tuesday, order has to be placed before 530pm on Monday. To send to a restricted area between 9am 1pm on Monday, order has to be placed before 530pm on Saturday.

For peak seasons like Chinese New Year and Valentines Day, there will be other areas whereby this additional charge will be imposed. 

Cake Delivery
Kindly note that for cake deliveries, there will be no cancellation allowed after the order is confirmed. In the event that cancellation is needed, the order will still be chargeable at the full price.

Limitation of Liability
In any event, and notwithstanding anything contained herein, Gemflora's liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise howsoever, and whatever the cause thereof, arising by reason of or in connection with the sales and purchase order (except in relation to death or personal injury caused to the customer by the wilful act or gross negligence of Gemflora or its employees while acting in the course of their employment) shall be limited to the Purchase Price. The customer shall not seek from Gemflora the loss of profits, contracts, revenue or business; or indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary and/or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the sales and purchase order.
